Maya Bay
1 hr - Maya Bay is a stunningly beautiful bay that's sheltered by 100-meter high cliffs on three sides. Inside the bay there are several beaches, most are small and some only exist at low tide. The main one is around 200 meters long with silky soft white sand, underwater colorful coral and exotic fish in exceptionally clear water; the whole bay is one big reef. Maya Bay has become the main tourist attraction of Phi Phi since The Beach was filmed here in 1999. It was always very popular before the film but now people around the world who haven't even heard of Phi Phi have certainly heard of Maya Bay. The maya bay is only open for pictures and sightseeing because it is closed to tourist attractions by the government.

Viking Cave
Viking Cave is one of the most notable sites on Koh Phi Phi Leh. Located at the bottom of a tall limestone cliff on the northeastern side of the island. Viking Cave owes its name to the paintings found on the eastern southern walls of the cave: they represent various types of boats, including what resembles a Scandinavian drakkar. These paintings are certainly quite recent, and were possibly realised by sailors taking shelter in the cave during a storm. A well known place in the phi phi islands the cave of Vikings. It is accessible by boat from the mainland or this a boat from phi phi don. You can't really go in there since it's protected by the Thai government. Civilians on duty live here and have the right to shoot trespassers.

This tiny island is best reached by powerful speed boat when you get there you will find that it is covered with fantastic white sand. Phi phi island tour with wonderful tour group

I took this tour with my family. We enjoyed so much, the guides were so good and they took care of us in details, we feel safe playing in the water because of them. I would definitely recommend this group and would travel with this group again..

A great day seeing beautiful islands

A very enjoyable day. One engine stopped working so they slightly adjusted the itinerary but we still got to do everything, just in a different order. The islands are beautiful and the snorkelling was great for seeing some sea life! The boat was rough though on the way back, so take advantage of the free seasickness tablets they have on offer. Also there was free breakfast when we arrived which was a nice surprise. They do try and sell you things before you get on the boat but fair enough, it is a business they’re trying to run

This was an amazing experience!! One of the best activities I’ve done here in Thailand even though it was a cloudy day the views were absolutely breathtaking. The boat staff was wonderful, very helpful and had great energy. The tour guide JayZ was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Overall 11/10 experience, highly recommend!

Other world experiences in Phuket with excellent, personable tour guides.

This was a really fun all day experience, and was thoroughly worth it. They delivered all experiences perfectly despite it being in the middle of the rainy season, and it was truly out of this world. The speed boat was great fun to ride too with great music sense! To be honest, I think you could probably experience most of the same things on other tours, but what made it special were the people involved. We had the pleasure of being briefed by (Thai) Bob Marley who was absolutely hilarious, and even better our tour guide was Jayzie (or as Bob called him, Jessie). Solid guy, amazing sense of humour and an excellent tour guide who left nothing out for the entire trip. They were both brilliant despite a tough crowd who may have had a small amount of English speakers, but the humor was not lost on us! You'll be lucky if you get a tour headed by either of them, but if you don't I assume that this company still has other excellent guides just like them. This trip is a bargain and I and my girlfriend highly recommend it.

Long tail boat trips around the islands are the reason you go to Phi Phi. So just get with the program.

We just walked up to the boat launch area at the beach at about midday and talked to someone random (they are tour guide signs up everywhere so everyone is an agent) for a boat trip. We agreed what we wanted, about 3 hours and we wanted to do the main islands. B1800 for the 2 of us. The single crewman was friendly and informative he's about as well equipped and we were very happy. Landing on beaches, cruising among the islands, going to all the important spots and even stopping for snorkeling. The feeding of tourists to Maya bay comes from the big 40-seater speed boats and then the private family long tails. The boardwalks going through the tropical forest and down to my bay area, are reasonably well managed with the In-and-Out boardwalk. You will be okay. Advantage of coming in on a smaller private long tail is there might be only four six of you in the long tail you're more flexible as to where and when you go and when you are boarding after the walk around the bay and through the boardwalks it's just quicker and easier for you to get away from The landing pier. The time you on the beach if you're in a long tail, it's up to you, because you and your family will run around the beach and do the required thousand photographs, 'IG is hungry'. When you back onto the boarding area you just wave and your long tail will come and fit in, pick you up . The 40-seater mass transport they trying to herd wild cats. So you just slip in and out between them. While we are at it the snorkeling on that trip is spectacular. The water is so salty that floating is easy you just lie there. The water is so warm you just want to stay in it. Dump small pieces of pineapple and next thing you've got an aquarium around you with 5 or 10 different species at arm's length, colorful and beautiful. Dive down to two meters and there's all sorts of possibilities with at least 2 to 3 m visibility I personally don't think you can go to Koh Phi Phi island without doing one of these extensive boat trips. The party on the island, the quality of the food and the shops, they just launch platform for the boat trips..
