5 star marine was a 5 star experience!

This is the letter I just emailed 5 Star Marine below after getting a link to all the pictures they took for our group all day. We all want to say how amazing everything was. And getting these pictures is such a great gift. Going out on Tuesday was by far the most magical day we’ve had. Everything went seemlessly. From pick up to drop off. The tour was breathtaking and Kong made sure we were happy with every part of the day. How long we stayed at any location and arranging our stops to be private and secluded - we felt like we were the only ones out there sometimes! Your entire staff our all extremely kind and very professional. Our food for the picnic was perfect and we felt very cared for. Even the donuts and cookies and coffees when we returned was a thoughtful gesture- and totally hit the spot! We cannot wait to tell all our friends to book with you. We have several family friends coming soon. And we are all definitely putting a great review on TripAdvisor. You were recommended to us by a friend and we are absolutely getting her a nice bottle of wine to thank her. You guys know what you’re doing! The strong communication, high level of professionalism, and experienced staff was top notch. It was a fun, beautiful and perfect day. We cannot thank you enough!

Amaaaaazing trip!

You want to feel like a Rockstar in your own private yacht. Definitely book with Shaun and his crew. His company should switch names to all DIAMOND star marina. This company from the beginning helped us pick and book our trip. No money down upfront. They actually messaged us on our tour day and told us it was goin to rain and were kind enough to switch to a few days later . The weather was excellent the next time. If you book ask for P and Captain Yellow . They were amazing. P was so helpful with my mom and aunt. He was super nice to the kids. I can not explain enough what an excellent company this is. 1. The sign up was so simple 2. The boat immaculate 3. Crew was so attentive and so nice. 4. They made sure we missed all the places that were packed 5. They suggested the best places for pictures and for snorkeling 6. They made us feel like we were millionaires. 7. The spot they took us to eat was excellent. 8 we never felt rushed. 9. This was Def a VIP way of seeing all these beautiful islands. When we come back will Def go back with Shaun and his company.

Beyond exceptional.

I love that the group's are small. We were all made feel like family from the very beginning.The level of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding, the skippers of the boats was amazing our guide Chin Chin, ( if not spelt correctly, I do apologise) was phenomenal, the crew on both tours made it a wonderful and unforgettable experience. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. 5 Star Marine definitely made my 1st trip to Thailand one I will hold dear forever.

Amusing

The trip was a very pleasant experience. The guide Abdullah and the captain Sulaiman were extraordinary. Although the weather was windy for a boat trip, the experienced staff made it very amusing. My single notice is that the trip was a bit pricey.

A Must Do!

Phi and his crew were nothing short of fabulous! From the arrangements, pickup through each stop they made sure we had a great experience from start to finish! We enjoyed the private experience and not having to share or being crowded with other tourists.
