We booked the ferry from Phuket (Kamala) to Ao Nang a few days in advance - it was very easy and convenient to book and pay online from the company's website. The driver was friendly and arrived at our hotel on time to pick us up at 7am and there was room in the back of the bus for our large suitcases. If you are being picked up from further away, an additional charge will apply (from Kamala this was only 100 BHT each) which is paid in cash at the company desk at the pier. The ferry journey took slightly longer as we arrived at Ao Nang for around 11.15/11.30. However, this wasn't an issue as we were only checking in at the hotel that day - just something to be mindful of if you have any plans. The staff carried our suitcases off the boat and we were dropped off at our hotel in Ao Nang within 15 minutes. For the money, the service is brilliant and much easier than flying. The boat is quite old and run down but this didn't bother us for the convenience. I would definitely recommend this company and we will be using them again when we travel back to Phuket.

It’s better to book your trip at least one day before your travel date, they picked us from hotel and dropped back to our hotel, it was a pleasant trip over all.

Boat left 45 minutes late, no reason given. And it looks nothing at all like the boat in the photo it’s a crap shoot what boat they assign.
