My mother in law and I had the pleasure of having Alec/(Alex) as our guide. What a KIND and AMAZINGLY talented man! His english and knowledge of the tour was outstanding. He took his time and did more than expected. Both sharing personal experiences, stories about Mr. John Grey and the company and thai culture. The crew all had a blast, and the familiar feeling was great and heartwarming. We even had the pleasure of Mr. John Grey joining us on the whole tour. He socialized with booth guests and the crew, who clealy had deep respect and devotion to this fun and lovning man. Food and drinks were great as well. Def. recommend the tour, and Alec as well!

My husband and I took this excursion during a stop in Phuket on on our Norwegian
Cruise January 2020. It was a true highlight of our cruise. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting. The food was delicious and the photos of the beauty of the area don't give it proper justice. Don't even think twice about it, just book the tour.

Everything about this trip was fantastic. The scenery is stunning, the food is amazing (they even made me my own vegetarian option!). Its one guide per kayak so you can relax and enjoy the scenery, I was worried after seeing lots of kayaks in the pictures that it would feel crowded, but there's lots of space and it doesn't feel crowded at all, plus our guide Dool really helped to make the trip special for us! Getting to see bioluminescent plankton was amazing! We would highly recommend!!

This is definitely a trip that you will regret not doing by far! It was the most surreal experience. We got a transfer from the hotel, when we arrived we headed straight for the boat out onto the islands whilst lunch was being served. We were taken into two caves on the first island, one being a bat cave where we saw hundreds of sleeping bats, we also saw Monkeys and one even jumped into the kayak! we then made our way to the second island whilst we made a Loy Krathong on the boat. We stopped off and had some ‘free time’ where we were allowed to operate the kayaks by ourselves, swim or kayak to the private beach and have a look around, jump off the boat etc! On the way to our final stop we had some dinner and headed back into the caves to release our Loy Krathong. In this cave we saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the water. It was very hard to pick up on camera but our lovely tour guide Doole made sure that we were able to capture the moment by waving the paddle around in the water until the camera picked it up! It was one of the most amazing days that I have experienced and the team on the boat were amazing! My friend had been suffering with a stomach bug and they made her comfortable at the front of the boat laying down, with an endless supply of water and sea sickness tablets/ smelling oils!

Hotel pickup was smooth. And we were dropped off at a meeting spot right next to the pier with a stall to stock up on anything you forgot to bring (sunscreen, hats, insect repellents, waterproof phone cases, bags, etc).
The entire trip was well thought out with just the right amount of canoe time. We were hit with a squall at the first stop, but these guys are pros and everyone got to the sea caves no problem. These guys know what they are doing.
Saw spectacular sea caves, lagoons, bat cave with actual hanging bats, and was excited to witness a whole lot of bioluminescence at night. Also was a treat to participate in Loy Krathong (traditional floating lantern ritual).
My friend and I had a great time thanks to Sunny and his crew who kept us well hydrated and well fed with snacks and food throughout.
Would recommend any nature-lover to experience this tour for sure.
