So good to be going overseas again and to such a beautiful Country the trip out to the islands was absolutely brilliant great staff onboard able to answer any question about anything and the service was amazing look these guys up if you are going to Thailand.

Despite inclement weather and at times rough seas, we had a great time. Crew was polite and helpful. The sites we visited were well managed. Take along some money for the last stop (฿20 for the loo, ฿200 for a cold smoothie). All the strangers on our trip bonded together and enjoyed the outing.
Highly recommend! Great snorkeling & delicious lunch!

Great way to spend a day! we got picked up ~7a, on the water by ~930a, and back to the hotel ~630p. we stopped at 2 different snorkeling spots, the monkey island and viking cave was just a quick float by, then another place to just swim, not snorkle, then maya bay at the end where we saw some reef sharks but no swimming. the snorkeling was great, lots of fish and sea urchin and coral. lunch was also very good! phi phi islands were nice, soft sand, clear water. staff was incredible! super nice and took lots of great photos. the fresh fruit and snacks were on point as well! note that the front of the boat is beautiful but bumpy!

We traveled as a big family with one 4 year old child and a 5 month old baby. Boat staff was tremendously supportive, even taking care of our child during snorkeling time. The staff really work hard to make everyone comfortable. Soft drinks, fruits and snacks are served onboard during long legs. A very welcomed service, specially when you have impatient children. Definitely recommended for families, specially those with small child.

Overall a great tour. Tour operator Tick and his crew were great. Lots of time in the water snorkeling and swimming. Water, juice and soda were provided during the whole trip. The only time it wasn't was during lunch so if you want something other than water at lunch. I recommend taking a soda off the boat with you. My only complaint was the boat itself. While there were windows you could not see out. That is unless you stood up on the seats. We sat for the hour ride out to the islands without a view. It was very disappointing. The only place with a view is from the very front of the boat and a seat for two opposite the driver. This is the seat I would definitely recommend. Try and be the first on the boat lol.
Fine if you focus on the open water and can ignore the other tourists

Staff onboard were professional and personable. The disappointment was the overcrowded boat, packed in like sardines for the entire day with barely any space to move or reposition yourself throughout the often turbulent and extremely bumpy seas. We expected to have a few other tourists along for the ride ...but not 35-40 others!!
Consider your options for a Phi Phi Islands Tour

You should definitely visit the Phi Phi Islands, but this excursion could be done differently to improve the experience.
PROs:
*Tour guides are AWESOME
*Snorkeling was gorgeous; lots of HUGE clams and pretty fish
*Snacks and drinks are included
*Snorkeling equipment is provided if needed
*Motion sickness medicine was provided
CONs:
*Hotel pick-up was included but the van had ZERO working seatbelts and smelled like cigarette smoke.
*You're packed like sardines in a sardine can on the boat; definitely felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
*Too many stops with very little time to actually explore. Each stop is generally 20-30 mins, with Monkey Beach and the Viking Cave just being quick drive-bys.
*There's only 1 stop for snorkeling and it was for only 30 mins in a small area. While I understand that it must be difficult for the guides to monitor all 40-50 people that were in our group, being so condensed just meant we were constantly almost kicked in the face by others.
*Lunch was gross. I wish they would've just let us go off on our own for lunch even if I had to pay for it.
*KHAI ISLAND was the WORST TOURIST TRAP but yet they leave you there for AN HOUR (the longest stop of all places) where you literally can't do anything without being scammed. It's a desert island with no shade or trees so if you don't want to bake in the sun, you have to pay to sit in a beach chair and the cost is PER CHAIR. If you want to eat or drink, they'll charge you but the pricing is inconsistent and they so conveniently pretend like they don't have change.
SUGGESTIONS:
Go to Phi Phi Islands but try and find an excursion that goes to fewer locations in a smaller group. I would've paid more had I known.
