Maiton Island a very tropical island with turquoise waters and deserted beaches and you can often see the dolphins here. Coral Island is a beautiful Island with white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters and you can see many coral reefs here hence its name coral island you will have chance to snorkel here. Racha Island is known for its beautiful pristine white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters and you will have opportunity to snorkel here on this tour.
Itinerary
• 08:00am Pick up from hotel and transfer to Pier. There are many kind of drinks are served at the Pier.
• 10:00am Depart from pier to Mai Ton island by speedboat. Discovering dolphins and snorkeling and swimming.
• 12:00pm Buffet lunch at Coral island, then enjoy snorkeling and activities sea sports.
• 02:00pm Arrive at Racha Island (Patok Bay) relax on white sand beach and viewpoints.
• 03:00pm Snorkeling and swimming with colorful fish and crystal clear water at Siam Bay.
• 05:00pm Depart from Racha Island back to Phuket. Then transfer back to hotel with wonderful memories.

if you are looking for a relaxing ride to Racha Island, book this! Between Racha Island and Coral Island, Racha Island is a lot nicer. Would be great to just do Racha Island only for the trip as we only had about 40 mins on the beach which is way too little time on the beautiful beach. Ronnie the guide is proficient in English and was very clear on his instructions. Very warm crew with great service!

We were supposed to go to Maiton, Coral and Racha Island. We only went to Coral and Racha. And during the snorkelling stop it was so full of rubbish that everyone on the boat did not want to get in the water. We demanded they move the boat to an area with less rubbish before going into the water. It was still not a great snorkelling area and most people complained that they only saw a few fish.

The organisation of the trip was okay, everything what was promised, we visited. The speedboat was overcrowded in the beginning, about 45 people is too much for the boat. After the first stop 6 people left, so the trip was more comfortable. The first stop for snorkeling was together with 10 other boats at the same spot, so about 100 snorkler were in the water. No fun at all. We climed over the hill to the next bay, that was wunderful. No people, a huge beach with white sand and light blue water. The stop for lunch was at a very nice location, the food was okay. The second stop for snorkeling was beautiful, only our boat at this spot and many colored fishes to see. The last stop at a beach was nice, most visitors left already, so there were only a few people there.
The Crew was very nice and helpful. So we had a good but not a perfect day.

Day trip to Coral, maiton, and racha island

Compared to other tour companies used in Phuket, this one was the weakest, I felt there could have been more communication as to how long it would take to get the various islands. We went to lunch but no communication as to how long we would have and when we would leave. Tour guide I felt was unenthusiastic. Overall not a company I would use again if I was in Phuket. The highlights were the beaches themselves.
A days adventure at a reasonable cost.

My hotel was quite remote so I had to arrange for a special pick-up which arrived right on time. Problem was we had to pick up other guests at other hotels who delayed the bus. We arrived at the departure point late and there was confusion among the remaining guests regarding which islands we were suppose to visit. In the end we only visited Coral and Racha islands. Apparently the water was too rough for visiting Maiton and that was believable since it was during rainy season (not the best time for snorkeling) and the sea was rough. If you are in it for the snorkeling you should note this is as much a beach trip as a snorkeling trip. There was however at least a solid 2 hours of snorkeling at Coral and Racha. I did see a lot of different, fish, giant clams, sea cucumbers, star fish and urchins. Many different coral structures but I must admit they did not look as healthy as when I visited 22 years ago. That said I enjoyed my time in the water, walking on the white sand beaches, crashing thru waves on the boat, my lunch on what seemed like a cast-away island and overall had a good day.
