Good service
We were picked from our hotel on time and once we reached Phuket pier everything was explained and went smoothly. Our stop was the first one, so make sure you have your bags close to you or wait to be the last one to put them with the rest of the passanger bags.
Transfer
I had to change boats and change piers, but they got me to my destination. The longtail boat was quite an experience!

Everything was ok. Pick up on the hotel and ferry. :) The support by email is good and we arrive on time.
Relaxing
Trip was overall relaxing and nice but be prepared to get off the final boat at Railay in the water with your luggage.
Ferry was good.
Ferry was good and enjoyed the scenery from the ferry. The only thing that I would improve is the last transfer on the tail boat as these guys did not help at all with the luggage once we reached the pier. Other than that the ride was good.
Pick up from hotel was...
Pick up from hotel was very late so why to make usswake up so early. Ferry was ok but very crowded. Getting of the second longboat at destination rayley with suitcases can be a little complicated is sea is not calm.
