Perfect tour to James Bond Island

It was absolutely perfect. The tour team was very nice and competent, very good organisation. The landscape in the whole bay is absolutely awesome. Highlights were the James Bond Bay, the wonderful canoe ride and the lovely island we had finally for swimming and relaxing. Group was not too big. Lunch was average, but ok for the price.

A highlight of Phuket

If you are interested in seeing these islands around Phuket I would recommend this tour group. The highlight was the canoe ride where you are able to relax and enjoy the scenery. Helen was our tour guide and she was knowledgeable and kept the group organised and on time. The lunch is average but it’s more about the experience of seeing the floating village.

Run down boat and large group

After spending over an hour in the van, we got to the meeting point where you get on the boat. It was a tarp with plastic chairs and a huge crowd of other tours also going out. All the guided speaking over a loud speaker giving instructions to mainly Chinese tourists. It felt very disorganized.

This was not a limited group to my standards, there were approx 40 people on the boat. We sat in the front of the boat with approx 8 other people. The seats were torn, so we had to put our towels on them to sit. When you sit in the front of the boat you can’t hear anything the tour guide is saying to the rest of the group, which she didn’t seem to mind.

The places we visited were very nice. The buffet was good but cold. The Muslim village is nothing to write about. I could have skipped that and spent more time kayaking. The kayaking is about 20 minutes.

Fantastic scenery, well organised but poor service

Long trip to the pier, an unnecessary visit to the monkey temple. The vast embarkation like cattle a nice boat trip to the canoes. An unforgettable experience! Then to the touristic James Bond scene, ok to see. After that a poor lunch at the floating village. No drinks, except water included. Then the return to the pier and 1 h 20’ trip to the hotel. We did the phi phi island the day before, excellent service, drinks for half price!

Overcrowded and disorganised

Our pick up from the hotel was late. Then it took about 1 hour to get to the pier and then we had to wait a further 40 mins for the rest of the group to arrive before we could board the speedboat. 24 guests on a small speedboat is way too crowded. There was no where to put your bags expect on the floor to get wet. Spent a lot of time on the boat travelling between destinations. The highlight of the day was the canoeing and the beach at the end of the day for a swim.
